This week’s second Nintendo Direct focused on the company’s next exclusive title, Platinum Games’ The Wonderful 101. Starring Platinum’s Hideki Kamiya, this Direct showed off what this strange but fun game plays like.
It seems Pokémon X and Y will be one heck of a reboot for the series. The sixth generation of the super popular RPG is introducing a new type of evolution, one that allows legendary and fully evolved Pokémon to change even further.

Masahiro Sakurai states that uploading the cutscenes from Super Smash Bros. Brawl’s Supspace Emissary online devalued them, so he’s eliminating the story mode altogether for the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS installment.
A questionaire submerged recently from this year’s GDC stating that Nintendo isn’t accepting applications from Japanese indie developers. This is a step back from their excellent leaps forward to making game development easier on their platform in the West.
