After a shocking and emotional first half of the season, The Walking Dead teases an even more intense second half. AMC recently released a 30 second trailer for the midseason premiere.
The teaser shows a look into what is coming up next for Rick, Glenn, Maggie and the rest of the group. The teaser however doesn’t show any sign of new character, Negan, who will be played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan, but isn't expected to appear on screen until the sixth season finale.
Exec producer Robert Kirkman has teased that Negan will potentially be the greatest threat to ever be introduced on The Walking Dead, according to Variety. He went on to explain that Dean Morgan is the perfect fit for this new villain because he is likeable, funny, but also extremely intimidating.
Tune in to find out more when The Walking Dead returns a 9/8c Feb. 14 on AMC.
