Halo: Reach Achievements Revealed

The Halo craze is building once again. With just over a month before Halo: Reach blows it’s way onto store shelves, Bungie is pouring more fuel on the hype fire with a tease that gamers are going to love. In Bungie’s latest update for their weekly blog they released the full list of the achievements available in Halo: Reach.

Wii For The Hardcore: Zak and Wiki

Despite continuing to sell like hotcakes year after year, the Wii is still dogged on and picked on by many gaming elitists and fanboys. Without a doubt, the largest complaint toward Nintendo’s moneymaking-machine is the lack of hardcore games. Furthermore, third party developers have jumped on the side of elitists because it is the third party developers who’s games sell abysmally. In spite of all the criticism, I am here to prove you wrong. Well, just on the point about the Wii not having any hardcore games. Medal of Honor Beta Impressions

The Medal of Honor preorder-only beta just ended, and I wanted to share my thoughts on it. If you don’t know yet, the Medal of Honor multiplayer is a mix between Modern Warfare 2 and Battlefield: Bad Company 2. Whether or not this is a good mix is subject to opinion. Personally, I think that the mix does not work very well. The things that made Bad Company 2 and Modern Warfare 2 unique have been lost in Medal of Honor, and as a result, the game is less than it could be. In Battlefield: Bad Company 2, the destructible environments made the game more dynamic, and in Modern Warfare 2, the perks made the game more customizable. These are both things not in Medal of Honor.

Singularity Review

Singularity takes place on a fictional Russian island called Katorga-12, the sight of radical tests of a never before seen element referred to as E99. From the game’s opening, it is obvious that the new element has caused a great amount of destruction and suffering for the residents of the island and it’s your job to find out how to contain the situation before it spills over the globe.

Battlefield 3 Beta Access with Medal of Honor

According to EA, not only will you receive weapons, ammo and camouflage with the Limited Edition Medal of Honor, but you’ll also be getting an invitation to the Battlefield 3 Beta.This is the first time Battlefield 3 has been officially announced after being previously confirmed as “in development.” 

Medal of Honor will be available October 12 in North America, and the Battlefield 3 Beta is expected to arrive sometime in 2011.
