F1 Gameplay Video Released, Cars Go Vroom

Though I may be from the south, I don’t enjoy racing. I never found it appealing to watch. But if you do, I hear F1 is good. And if you like F1, maybe you’ll like this F1 2010 gameplay video! If not, sorry!

Bad Company 2 Ultimate Edition Leaked

Recently the retail sites ShopTo.net and Amazon just leaked a new version of the hit game Battlefield Bad Company 2. This new version is to be called the “Ultimate Edition,” and will be repackaged with the same game and it’s DLC and Onslaught Mode. However there’s more. There will also be some VIP content to download, and the online arcade tittle Battlefield 1943. All this for the price of $40, and with a saving of $5 if you bought all the content now.

Jillian Michaels gives the Wii her Ultimatum

Jillian Michaels, a famous fitness expert, has been using the Wii Fit for numerous exercise games. Her next title is called Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2011. So what exactly is separating this title from the myriad of other fitness titles clogging up space in stores? Well… it has a story mode.

In the game’s story mode, you will be tasked with taking down an evil food and drug coporation through the power of exercise. Consider my copy purchased.

A Wii J-RPG Swan Song

This week, while listening to many a pod cast, and surfing through endless amounts of forum discussions, something hit me like a speeding eighteen-wheeler. The idea that the J-RPG is a genre on it’s last breath is overwhelmingly strong. Years ago, while a freshman undergrad at an unnamed university in New Jersey, I honestly and naively thought I was the only person to have such thoughts. Regardless of  my harbored personality flaws of yesteryear, the sentiment that J-RPG’s are in serious need of a revival is echoed by critics and consumers alike.

Mafia II (X360) Preview

This demo is awesome… Mafia II looks and plays awesomely, but the game ends abruptly like– How gross… there’s a spider defeating its mate through the act of eating and… oh come on! The penguin is back and he’s stealing my fish, what an asshole… oh hi! I’m Tristan Wong, back with another exciting look at another game that recently came out with a demo—I know, how exciting is that? I mean, the screenshots look great… but when you actually touch and play the game, scrumtrelasint… oh wait, I forgot to say what game it was. I’ll let you all figure it out on your own, as for now here’s the latest scoop and thoughts on this demo, available to you now! Note to all who touch the game, this isn’t an official level of the game, this is just a level built specifically for the demo. So when I go through this look, I’ll only be talking about what I saw and what I played… nothing about story, etc.
