Square Enix has announced a reboot for the Legacy of Kain universe through the upcoming free-to-play team-deathmatch multiplayer game Nosgoth. Set in the time following Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver, Nosgoth will pit players against one another as humans or vampires warring over the fabled land which the game derives its namesake from.
