Hannibal – Relevés Review: Strong Writing Highlights the Episode

NBC’s Hannibal has finally set events in motion leading to the ultimate showdown between Will Graham and Hannibal Lector. After weeks of trying to put together who the copycat killer might be, Will finally appears to be on the path towards enlightenment. Unfortunately, it looks like Abigail Hobbs might be on a different path, as Jack Crawford discovers her role in Garret Jacob Hobbs’ murders.

Mad Men – Favors Review: Close to Perfection

Don Draper is not having the best day in this latest episode; whie he is able to help someone he cares for, he gravely disappoints one of the most important people in his life. “Favors” is an episode that relies on the audience’s knowledge of the Mad Men characters’ pasts and how that affects their current behavior. Intriguing storylines and surprising developments make this episode the best of the season so far.
