That's right the house seen in Iron Man 1 and 2 is for sale. Here's what it doesn't come with: Sexy Models, Cars, Iron Man suits, crazy lab in the basement, a landing deck. Tony Starks, War Machine, pepper pots and probably most of that furniture. Does this some how affect Iron Man 3? Doubtful, but if someone out there really wanted to pop a squat where Iron Man was living this is their chance. At the very least if the have an open house you could go in and take a bunch of pictures wearing one of those chest piece toys and run around like an asshole.
