With ABC comedy Happy Endings facing an uncertain future, USA has reportedly expressed interest in acquiring the show should ABC cancel it. Happy Endings, which has garnered a great deal of critical acclaim but low ratings, would be the second ABC comedy in recent years to be canceled by the network and find a home on cable, as Cougar Town made a similar move after its cancellataion.
