Arrow Casts Another Villain For Season 2

Cynthia Addai-Robinson has been added to the cast for the second season of CW’s hit show Arrow. She will play Amanda Waller, employed by A.R.G.U.S, a mysterious agency with key information about the Arrow that looks to threaten the organization. She has previously been seen in Spartacus.
