Phoenix Wright Gets Anime Series
"And new trailer for the sixth game"
Capcom announced at Tokyo Game Show today that the
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney game series will be getting an anime TV series.
The TV show will focus on the first three Phoenix Wright games:
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney,
Justice for All, and
Trials and Tribulations. The games and anime focus on defense attorney Phoenix Wright as he investigates various murder scenes and defends his clients in court.
Currently, Capcom is developing the sixth
Ace Attorney title for the Nintendo 3DS that stars Wright, and plans to bring the game to the West unlike the last installment,
The Great Ace Attorney, which took place in the Meiji Period of Japan. A new trailer for
Ace Attorney 6 was also shown off:

The
Ace Attorney anime adaptation will premiere in Japan in April 2016. No known release outside the region, and will remain so until a localizer licenses the anime. If you want to try the games out, Capcom rereleased the original three games on the Nintendo 3DS eShop in the
Phoenix Wright Trilogy. The fourth game,
Apollo Justice, is on DS and the fifth game,
Dual Destinies, is also on the 3DS eShop.
