Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad Review

Back in 2006, Tripwire Interactive released an incredibly realistic and tactical multiplayer FPS by the name of Red Orchestra,
set in World War II. It was clear from its release that Tripwire had
struck a nerve. Some lauded it for the intense realism and satisfying
gameplay that came with it while others put it on a pedestal as an
example of how realism can’t be fun. No matter the division, Red Orchestra received several awards, and a steady community which is still playing it to this day. Now, Tripwire has released the sequel, Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad,

Will Warhammer Online: Wrath of Heroes Succeed Where Age of Reckoning Failed?

When Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning first launched, it was the big contender to take Blizzards prized MMORPG World of Warcraft down from its throne as the world’s (Or atleast the western world’s) most popular MMO. Despite its excellent setting, PVP focus and cool mechanics like public questing, Warhammer Online failed to challenge Blizzard’s massive online game. In a push to renew the popularity of the game, EA and Bioware Mythic are revamping the game and changing it from a subscription based massively multiplayer online role playing game to a free to play battleground game somewhere between Bloodlines Champions and World of Warcraft’s Battlegrounds.

Is Windows 8 the First Step to PC Death?

About a month ago, one of the original creators of the PC at IBM declared
the PC is doomed.  Yesterday, Microsoft showed off its latest child,
which is still in development: Windows 8
Windows 8 is the new tablet OS that is taking dead aim at the Apple
iPad 2, which is pretty much slaying all of the Android competition.
Where Apple’s success has been based mainly on the very large collection
of apps, Windows 8 looks to incorporate the best things of iOS and make
it better.
