It's too late for you to get your filthy paws on a pass to the Penny Arcade Expo in Seattle next month, but we have a little information on all the cool stuff you're going to miss if you didn't grab a ticket when you had the chance... Including the biggest Halo event ever!
The Keynote Speaker will be David Jaffe, who designed Twisted Metal and God of War, and there will more speakers and panels throughout the weekend. Although the full schedule hasn't been announced yet, expect three days of awesomeness and more cool stuff to do than any one person can possibly hope to explore in just three days.
New to this year's PAX Prime is Halo Fest which will be running at the same convention center as PAX Prime, and all you need to get in is your ticket to PAX. Non-Halo exhibitors confirmed for the show floor include 2K Games, Activision, Bioware, Capcom, NCsoft and Turbine as well as the return of the separate table top and CCG floor featuring games by Wizards of the Coast and Privateer Press.
For the late night crowd, there will be nightly concerts by geek musicians like:
Jonathan Coulton
MC Frontalot
Metroid Metal
Minibosses
Paul and Storm
Making their PAX debut are Supercommuter and The Video Game Orchestra.
PAX Prime is happening at the Seattle Convention Center on August 26 - 28. Passes are completely sold out but you can learn more about PAX on its website, and more about Halo Fest HERE.
