Konami have released a new trailer for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. The trailer, which you can watch above, is six minutes long and filled the hallmarks of the Metal Gear Solid series. Lots of military stuff, weird stuff and of course speeches about countries, ideologies, freedom and war. This is definitely a Metal Gear Solid game.
Interesting to note is that this is the last Metal Gear Solid E3 trailer that Hideo Kojima will be a part of. During the livestream reveal of the trailer, Geoff Keighley explained that Kojima has been hard at work on Metal Gear Solid V and referenced the troubles that him and Konami are having. Nothing specific was mentioned, but it seems like this is even more evidence that Konami and Kojima are done working together after Metal Gear Solid V is released.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is coming out on September 1, 2015 for Xbox One, PS4, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
