Damon Lindelof, one of the principle writers on television’s recently concluded hit show Lost, has been brought on to perform re-writes for Ridley Scott’s upcoming as-of-yet untitled prequel to the “Alien” films. This will be the writer’s first solo screenwriting gig, though he is already involved in a number of high profile team projects.
