Activision was nice enough to have a pre-PAX media event and they showed off a few games, including GoldenEye 007: Reloaded. If you think this game is just going to be another port of the original game developed by Rare for N64, you're wrong. It's not the same game; it's not even the same Bond. The story was rewritten and the old characters have been replaced by the cast and crew of the new Bond movies. That's right – it is the Daniel Craig Bond, not Pierce Brosnan.
There are things that have not changed, though. The game will still support split screen co-op, they still have the golden gun and it is still based on the same movie. The game itself controls a lot like Call of Duty and plays like it as well. The game will support 16-player online multiplayer and will feature a "Spec Ops" mode called MI6. The game is set to release in Fall but I could not get a release date out of them. I also asked if multiplayer would support class/character customization like Call of Duty, but that is yet to be announced as well. My gut says yes, though. The PS3 version of GoldenEye 007: Reloaded will also sport Move support.
