Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes Receives Price Drop on PS4 & Xbox One
Konami has decided to drop its tiered price tag for
Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes and make it even across all fronts on the Playstation 4 and Xbox One. Originally slated to be $30 digitally and $40 boxed, the prequel installment of the popular stealth franchise will now be available for $30 in stores as well as PSN and Xbox Live. A statement about the price change from Konami states that the price drop will "provide as many people as possible an opportunity to experience."
The PS3 and Xbox 360 versions are sticking with the original staggered prices, $30 digital and $20 boxed.
MGS: Ground Zeroes has been under some heavy flak about the price point after an
article originally from Game Informer stated the game was just under two hours. Does the new price point make you more interested in getting
Ground Zeroes, or is the price still too high to justify a purchase? Let us know what you think in the comments.
