Legends of Tomorrow Cast Stargirl

Legends of Tomorrow will be airing its second season on The CW on October 13th. In the second season of the show we will be seeing some new faces with the Justice Society of America, including Stargirl. DC Comics just recently cast Sarah Grey to play the role. Grey will be in the upcoming Mighty Morphin Power Rangers movie and has made appearances in other DC Comics/Vertigo TV shows including Lucifer and iZombie.   Stargirl was first introduced in Stars and S.T.R.I.P.E. (2000) and was created by Geoff Johns. Courtney Whitmore became a superhero when she found her stepdad's power belt in his old box of stuff. She became Stargirl, and eventually joined Justice Society of America. Most recently you could find Stargirl in Justice League United and Justice League of America in the New 52. It's exciting to see more female characters join the Legends of Tomorrow cast, especially a character as fun as Stargirl. Let us know your thoughts about the casting in the comments below.
