Acitivision and Treyarch have announced their final DLC pack for Call Of Duty: Black Ops II.
Named Apocalypse, the additional content will be released on Xbox Live first come August 27th, with other platforms set to receive the DLC shortly afterward.
Included in Apocalypse are four new multiplayer maps: Pod, Frost, Takeoff and Dig, the latter two of which are remakes of old maps from both Call Of Duty: World At War and the First Strike DLC pack from Black Ops.
Also featured in the pack is a new zombie mode titled ‘Origins,’ which sees players in a WWI themed zombie campaign with Tank, Nikolia, Takeo, and Rictofen aka the first zombie COD hunters.
According to Shacknews, “The story promises to explore the origins of the zombie "saga," while giving players access to new supernatural Wonder Weapons, a Mark IV tank, and more--as players try to avoid getting stomped by a giant mech.”
As always, Season Pass holders will be able to download the content for free from Xbox Live. As for other COD gamers, Apocalypse will set you back 1200 MS Points or $15. Prices for other platforms have yet to be publically discussed.
