The Evil Within Delayed Two Months

Looks like you can breath a sigh of relief as the next horror game from Shinji Mikami, The Evil Within, won't be releasing until October 21st in the U.S and 24th across Europe on the Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
The upcoming gore fest has joined the ranks of what seems like dozens of other games releasing in October including Dragon Age: Inquisition, Shadow of Mordor and Alien: Isolation.

Bethesda did make a statement about the reason behind the delay stating, "Shinji Mikami and his team at Tango Gameworks have asked for additional time to further balance and refine the game in order to deliver the polished, terrifying pure survival horror experience they set out to create."
