Dark Souls II PC Release Date Announced

FromSoftware has announced via Facebook the release date for the PC edition of Dark Souls II is April 25th. The date leaked last week, but the developer refused to confirm it. The PC edition will include "higher resolution textures and an enhanced frame rate option." The developer also claims to be working on optimization for keyboard and mouse controls.
Preorders on Steam will include the soundtrack, the Official Dark Souls II Artbook, and the complete Dark Souls II Comic Book all in digital form as well as early in game access to the Black Armor equipment set typically found later in the game for 49.99 USD.
Dark Souls II is set to release on March 11th on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 in North America and Europe and Australia on March 14th.
