The CW Renews 11 Shows and Announces Finale Dates

The CW announced late last week that it will be renewing all of its current shows, according to Variety. Not only does this blanket renewal come early in the 2016-17 television renewal season, but this marks one of the first times a network has ordered new seasons for every single one of its shows. The pickups include the new, critically acclaimed series Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, and the stalwart Supernatural, which will be entering its 12 season in fall. The CW has been recognized more and more during the recent award season, with both Gina Rodriguez from Jane the Virgin and Rachel Bloom from Crazy Ex-Girlfriend being nominated for Golden Globes, with Bloom taking the win this year.
