Journey To Artifacts with Top Cow

LOS ANGELES, Calif., July 12, 2010 – Top Cow Productions, Inc.’s race to Artifacts will include a stop at this year’s Comic-Con International in San Diego, California, the world’s biggest and most exciting popular convention, from July 22nd – 25th.

Top Cow will once again storm into the convention and set up shop at booth #2629. Among the goods to prepare attendees of CCI 2010 for the race to Artifacts will be exclusives, preview books, free goodies, variant comics and trade paperbacks, including free copies of Artifacts #0 as well as other comics, posters and bookmarks (while supplies last).

Going to Comic Con? Did you get one of the elusive four day passes including preview night? Well you might want to stop by Boom! Studios booth to meet Stan Lee and be present for a big announcement. I’m sure this is a special treat for convention goers attending preview night with an actual panel to further announce Boom! and Mr. Lee’s involvement later on at the convention.

Signings and Toys – Comic Con International

Comic con, the biggest convention of the year where  for four days you get all the exclusive news from movies, tv shows, and video games.  But most importantly you get all the latest news from comic book publishers in the industry.  Comic con is also about the main floor.  Ahh!! Yes.  The Main Floor where costumed people roam free, comics can be found cheap and dealers have good deals on amazing action figures.  But most importantly the main floor is where you go to find exclusive toys that the convention offers or that special autograph from your favorite movie/TV star.  Comic con can be a very fun experience if planned correctly.  For this article I will give you a couple of tips of what to expect when going to get an autograph from a star or if you plan to get an exclusive toy from the event.

FVZA TPB Review

If there’s two genres of monsters that are worn out right now it’s Vampires and Zombies. So perhaps a book dealing with both isn’t the best of ideas. But that would be where you are wrong. FVZA or Federal Vampire and Zombie Agency is a refreshing story that adds its own twist to both genres but also tells a heartening story about the monsters and ghouls.

In this world Vampires and Zombies are a known quantity. Their history spans as long as America’s history. Imagine little boys and girls studying the “Vampire Epidemic” as a natural part of their US History. After World War II, the FVZA was created and effectively eliminated all of the Vampires and Zombies in the US. Since then one man has been planning for their return. Dr. Hugo Pecos has a long history with Vampires; during WWII he was part of a squad that had to eliminate a containment camp of Vampires that the Nazi had created. After that it became his life mission to destroy the vampire virus to prevent others from being infected.
