The cover art for the book look fantastic.It looks like Aquaman is a lot tougher than what comic book fans give him credit. I think that Aquaman has finally snapped and this is his retaliation to the entire world for all those jokes about him for always being a “lame” hero. Ohh yeah there is some Reverse Flash art too if you like him as well. Enjoy!
Its Thor movie week! and like any good salesmen Marvel has not forgotten about that. Not only are they reprinting Thor books to cash in on the movie, but also Loki as well. Mouse Guard is a great series and one that we really enjoy here at PAC as you can see from the rave reviews it gets from us. It’s been a while since the first issue fo the The Black Axe so take a refresher and read the review of the first issue and then dig into the preview.
After showing his artistic skills in his debut title Spawn, Szymon Kudranski has unveiled his latest project called Repulse, a dark science-fiction thriller.
Our scenario: Robots will remember their past life as a human being while helping to solve the worst crimes in history, but one detective must stop a serial killer from murdering the rest of his officers and stop him from destroying him.
Kudranski is a rising star in the comic book world, greatly changing the visual style of Spawn and receiving great praise – people are anxious to read every new issue coming off the presses just for his artwork alone. In Repulse there will be a lot to look at with the comic spanning 72 pages in black-and-white. Part of Repulse will be in Diamond previews in May and it will go on sale June 6th for $6.99.
A lot of artists tend to but out a decent amount of sketches and colored images, but from exploring Dan Hipps site I’d say he’s constantly drawing something. Oh the dream of drawing all day. At any rate I came across Dan’s site and found a good mix of funny and serious art that he has on display. I’ve stuck to the comic themed drawings, but if you’re interested in seeing more than explore his site. You won’t be disappointed.
