Batman: Arkham Knight’s First Gameplay Trailer Now Out
Warner Bros and Rocksteady have released a new trailer for the highly anticipated
Batman: Arkham Knight showing off some gameplay for the first time. The sequel and conclusion of Rocksteady's trilogy has Batman defending Gotham City from villains we're used to seeing such as The Scarecrow and Two-Face. Other characters seen in this trailer are Barbara Gordon aka Oracle and even the Arkham Knight himself at the end, which seems to be the Caped Crusader's most worthy adversary yet in these games besides The Joker in the past two games. The trailer can be seen below.
The gameplay parts of this new video shows off some combat, Batman's signature gliding through the city, and Batmobile sections. The Batmobile has been a big part of Rocksteady's hype for the game since it was first announced a couple months back in terms of how much more of a role it plays with the overall gameplay. Kevin Conroy does reprise his role as Batman and the graphics do show that this sequel was meant to be only out on next gen consoles and PC.
Batman: Arkham Knight is still on track to be released sometime this October for the Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Expect more of this game at E3 next month as well.
