Aspen At Comic Con – 2011

With around 13 days left till Comic Con 2011, companies are starting to lock down their schedule and exclusives for the con. Each year Aspen is known for having con exclusive covers to their series and this year is no exception. What is new for them is having five new mini-series and two new ongoing series all hitting at the same time. That means more covers than ever for those looking to score some hot variant covers.

The Official Aspen Panel will be on Friday the 22nd from 12 to 1 pm in Room numbero 4. They'll be announcing a brand new property paired with one of comics most acclaimed writers and the return of two popular series from the Aspen Universe. Members of the Aspen "family" will be on hand as they dish out the info on their future plans.

There's big news about McG's produced horror concept Haunted City, which is being simultaneously developed into a feature script, a TV pilot and a mult-platform video game. That's a ton of tie-ins for this yet to launch comic that's premiering with an exclusive zero issue cover at the con. They'll also be launching an exclusive cover to their other origianal title Broken Pieces with an exclusive cover by Talent Caldwell. You also be able to get prints featuring art from Apsen's top cover artists from names such as: Joe Benitez, Micah Gunnell and Michael Turner.
