Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 will feature console live streaming to YouTube, the first of its kind, according to Activision. From either your Xbox 360 or PS3, no word on Wii U or PC, players will be able to live stream matches straight to YouTube for others to watch, critique or make fun of. If you're into making videos documenting your domination, or you love looking at yourself while playing Call of Duty, players will be able to stream their webcams and add their own commentary.
Accroding to Treyarch's Mark Lamia, "We wanted to deliver live streaming capabilities built right into Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, because Call of Duty is not only fun and exciting to play, but we believe it will be just as exciting to watch." 
Of course, the small print states that all streams will be subject to restrictions and limitations, so you probably won't be able to go on a profanity laden rant about the latest n00b related weapon that just killed you. For those of you that don't have a YouTube account, Treyarch mentioned that they are establishing other live streaming destinations for the game, which could mean Twitch users can join in on the fun.
If you're worried about lag issues, fear not; unless you have a poor bandwidth. Lamia says, "There's one thing I don't have in our control, and that's your bandwidth. If I said to you, no, it's never going to have any performance implications and then you don't have enough bandwidth to actually upstream, that wouldn't be a fair thing to say. But it's not having any game impact. That's a really important part, and that's measurable, and we know that."
If you're a fan of the ever growing eSports landscape and you call yourself a console gamer, then Black Ops 2 is doing its best to cater to you. Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 hits shelves next week, November 13, 2012 for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
