First Images from Hulu’s The Path

Hulu has just released the first images for its upcoming original series, The Path. This new series was created by Parenthood alum Jessica Goldberg, and she will share executive producing duties with Parenthood creator Jason Katims and Michelle Lee. The show was previously named The Way, and stars Hugh Dancy as the charming head of a controversial movement called Meyerism. Michelle Monaghan and Aaron Paul also star as a married couple involved in the movement. She was born into the movement, and he has joined by choice. The show explores complications with power and relationships, according to Variety. The series also stars Sarah Jones, Amy Forsyth, Rockmond Dunbar, Emma Greenwall, and Kyle Allen. This 10-episode series will circle around themes of relationships, faith and power. It will focus on what it means to make the choice between the life we live and the life we want. This drama sounds quite different from what we’ve seen from Katims, who also worked on Friday Night Lights. The Path premieres on Hulu March 30.
