Adam Driver to host SNL

Coming off of the success of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, NBC has booked new bad guy Kylo Ren, Adam Driver, as a host for Saturday Night Live in the new year, according to TVLine. Adam Driver will not only be promoting Star Wars: The Force Awakens, but also the new season of HBO’s Girls, which premieres February 21. This is the first time Adam Driver will be hosting the sketch comedy series and fans are already hoping for a Star Wars sketch. Driver has had a busy year with the release of Star Wars, the latest season of Girls and even a guest spot on The Simpsons. Throughout his career, Driver has appeared in a variety of roles, from villains to comedic roles to dramatic characters so his range will hopefully be perfect for whatever Saturday Night Live writers throw his way. The musical guest has yet to be announced, but Driver’s episode will air January 16 on NBC.
