Let's be real: Nintendo's conference was relentless. Announcement after announcement. Live demo after live demo. Now? Now a Kid Icarus game launching on the 3DS? After two years of messing around and showing off how rich they were, Nintendo came the realization that people who aren't their shareholders also give a damn about E3.
Kid Icarus finally returns and it looks like the 3DS looks like a technically capable system. Judging by the Kid Icarus trailer, it looks like it's sitting somewhere between the DS and PSP, which is kind of a shocker, considering it'll have to 3D it all. Jazzy soundtrack, frenzied land and air battles, flimsy voice-acting. All of it sounds and looks good.
