Kit Harington Hints at Possible Return of Jon Snow to Game of Thrones
"I'm not asking you to forget your dead. I'll never forget mine."
During an interview earlier this month with a Belgian magazine,
Game of Thrones star Kit Harington might have revealed too much information when he said that he knows how much longer he will still be under contract.
According to
Reddit users who translated the Dutch-language magazine article, 28-year-old Harington told the interviewer that the hit HBO fantasy epic "will remain a part of my life for a while, I'll probably be in my thirties when it's over." The British actor went on to say, "One thing's for sure: The day I'm no longer on
Thrones is the day I'll bury myself in movie projects."

Fans and news outlets alike have taken this story and ran with it this week. Fan theories about Jon Snow's fate have been swirling like a blizzard online ever since the Lord Commander of the Night Watch was stabbed and left to bleed out in the snow at the end of season five. This latest information only adds more fuel to the fire. On social media, fans have been analyzing Harington's hair style and his rumored recent appearance in Belfast, Ireland, the city where the series films.
Nothing official has been announced yet about Harington's possible role, or no role at all, in season six.
Game of Thrones showrunners and Harington himself have previously stated in multiple interviews that Jon Snow is definitively, absolutely dead. Whether or not Snow appears in flashbacks or not at all in season six is still a matter of time.
The sixth season of Game of Thrones begins in April 2016.
