One of the most anticipated games at this year's Tokyo Game Show is Persona 5 and Atlus did release a new trailer showcasing more of the characters in your party, their Personas in action and more of the storyline. The bad news however for fans is that the sequel is delayed to Summer 2016 from it's original end of 2015 window. I wasn't surprised by this news because there hasn't been much marketing for it at Japan besides new trailers every now and then. Plus I don't think it's playable at the TGS show floor either, but more development time spent on it is for the better in hopes of living up to fans' expectations.
There's also a staff interview with the Atlus folks here if you understand Japanese. Despite the delay, the game still looks pretty awesome from walking around in the big city to running into paintings Super Mario 64 style.
Persona 5 comes out on Summer 2016 for Playstation 4 and Playstation 3 at Japan with a US release shortly after that window. Bummed that this long awaited RPG is delayed to next year? Let us know in the comments below.
