It's been a few years since we had a new installment in the tactical RPG series Jagged Alliance. Jagged Alliance 2 came out in 1999 with a trickle of expansions in the years following. But the franchise returns to PC's in February with the aptly-named Jagged Alliance: Back in Action. This new game keeps the tactical squad-based gameplay of the older games, but drastically updates the graphics.
Essentially Back in Action is a remake of Jagged Alliance 2 and its many expansions, but on a 21st century game engine, and replacing the turn-based combat with Real Time. A new gameplay video complete with commentary hit the internet recently to explain how this complex game works. You can see the video below, and find out more about JA: Back in Action on its website. It comes out exclusively on PC February 14th. Check back with Player Affinity for updates as release day approaches.
