de Blob is splashing back in spring 2011
The original de Blob was received quite well critically but did horribly sales-wise so it is a bit shocking that this colorful game will see a sequel. Although we know nothing about the game, I doubt that either of those things will change with the sequel.de Blob: The Underground has been announced (by way of the latest Nintendo Power issue) and the only real details we have gotten from it is the blob is back and is bringing "new moves, new foes, new 2-D platforming sequences, and two-player action." The first de Blob did have multiplayer so expect them to improve on the original's in this one.I never did get around to trying the first de Blob but I may try this one once it is released in spring 2011.
