Can’t wait to play id software’s RAGE and/or Bethesda’s The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim? Well, now’s your chance! Both games are set to be playable at PAX Prime from August 26th through the 28th in Seattle, WA at Bethesda’s booth (#1314).
In addition for fans being able to play Skyrim for the first time, the game’s director, Todd Howard, is set
to give a special presentation of the game at 3:30 PM on Saturday, August 27th,
at the Unicorn Theater. Bethesda is
encouraging fans who are interested to line up early, as seating is very
limited. As if playing Skyrim for the first time wasn’t enough
to lure Elder Scrolls fans to
Seattle, Bethesda is giving away free plush helmets (pictured below) to all
fans who attend the presentation.
If by chance you can’t make it to the presentation, you’ll still be able to grab a helmet at the Skyrim Food Truck, parked across from the Paramount Theater at 9th & Pine. The truck will feature food “fit for a Nord,” including dragon legs, whiterun corn, and solitude sweetrolls.
Sadly, there will be no demo of the upcoming Prey 2, but there will be a presentation of the game at Bethesda’s booth at the top of every hour. However, once everyone starts chowing down on some dragon legs, I think they’ll forgive Bethesda for this one.
