Josh Brolin cast as Marvel’s Thanos
Thanos is one of the biggest, toughest villains in the Marvel Universe and his presence was set in the post-credit scene of
The Avengers. Now
Latino Review has reported that Marvel Studios has found an actor to voice the big bad, Josh Brolin.

Guardians of the Galaxy and most properly appear in one or both of "The Avengers" sequels.
For those who don't know about Thanos he is a member of The Eternals, a group of god-like beings and Thanos is a power hungry creature who crafts death and destruction. In the comics he has used the Infinity Gauntlet and its existence has been shown as an Easter Egg in
Thor.
Brolin is a very talented actor who has been praised in many of his roles including in
No Country for Old Men,
True Girt (2010) and
Oldboy (2013). He was nominated for an Academy Award for his performance in
Milk. He was rumored to play Batman in the upcoming
Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice before Ben Affleck got the role. He has landed on his feet with a juicy role.
Guardians of the Galaxy will hit theaters on August 1.
