Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes Releasing Previously Exclusive Missions on All Platforms
Exclusive missions suck, in the case of
Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes on each platform, Sony and Microsoft, each had a hidden mission unique to a certain platform. If you wanted to play both it seemed you would have to purchase two copies of the game, until now. Konami has said that the exclusive DLC for each console will be released for everyone with the added bonus of costing nothing.
Previously the Xbox exclusive Raiden mission, where he in his
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance incarnation minus his sword, infiltrates the base to eliminate some Snatchers, another nod to a prior game Hideo Kojima worked on, will be coming to Sony platforms. The Playstation exclusive "Deja Vu" mission, where Snake finds clues retelling some of the events of the original Metal Gear Solid, comes out on Xbox platforms at the same time.
The DLC for each platform is scheduled to be released on May 1st in Japan, but no date is set just yet for anywhere else but expect to hear it in the coming days.
