Tony Hawk, Activision Working on a New Game

Tony Hawk, while hosting his regular show, Demolition Radio, on SeriusXM Radio commented, "We're working on a game, we are working on a game, it's pretty cool." Activision confirmed to IGN that they have a project in development, and will release details soon.

There has not been a new original Tony Hawk game since 2010's ony Hawk: SHRED, which is a peripheral based game released on Wii, PS3 and Xbox 360 like Tony Hawk Ride. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD tried to bring things back to the old days, but it was a disappointment at the end of the day. One can hope, however, that they are using the series' hiatus to go back to the drawing board to figure out what made the original Playstation Tony Hawk games so special.
