Director of ID software walks us through some more Rage gameplay and talks a
little about the structure of the game. Taking an open world approach for
shooters seems to be a popular trend at this year’s E3 and Rage will feature
this element.
Tim does say that the game will have a definitive story and an
end, but also comments on the amount of extra activities that can be taken on
and how important they are to developing your character along the way. This
gameplay shows a couple of new things, like the equipment that can aid you in
combat such as a bomb rigged remote control car (sound familiar). Rage is due
out this September for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
