Halo: Spartan Assault Coming to Xbox One on Christmas Eve

The first Halo game for Microsoft's new console now has a release date. Halo: Spartan Assault will be available on December 24th for $14.99. The game is a port from Windows Phone and if you're one of the ten people who bought it originally you can get the game for Xbox One for the discount price of $4.99. Come on Microsoft, Sony have been doing cross buy for ages now, catch up. You can also check out a new trailer for the game below.

The Xbox One version with contain a full 1000 achievement point list and a Xbox 360 version of the game will follow in January 2014. While it is not a proper Halo game, being able to play with twin sticks, it will be a fine addition to the new console's downloadable library.
