BlueWater Comics has decided to revisit the world shown in "Visctoria's Secret Service", written by Terrence Griep Jr, with this new 4 issue mini-series titled Rain. Even though water is assosciated with blue, we are introduced to the character Scarlet (aka Rain), a skilled thief that takes on high-risk jewelery thefts.
