Have you been itching in anticipation to get your Dragon Age on? You won’t have to wait as long as you think. Bioware announced today that they will be releasing a Dragon Age 2 demo for the Xbox 360 and PS3. The demo will give players the first time to play with the game's new combat mechanics and see a section of the new story. This will also give players a chance to check out the new graphics that Bioware has created for Dragon Age 2.
At the start of the demo you will be able to choose from three different character classes. You will then be able to play through the game's prologue and also be able to see one of the games main story locations from Dragon Age 2. Now you may be asking yourself why would I want to play through the demo that is basically the prologue? Bioware has thrown in a special present for when you beat the demo. You will unlock a special weapon called "Hayder's Razor." The blade enhances your health, mana, and your combat skills that you will be able to carry over to the full game.
You will be able to get your hands on this demo on February 22, 2011. You can expect the full game out on March 8, 2011 on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.
