Midweek Sales January 11

Steampowered.com has so many sales throughout the year that, frankly, it's news when they DON'T have something on sale. Since January third, we haven't heard a peep out of Steam regarding any sales. The rest of the online retailers and digital distributors are back to their usual pattern, though, so let's take a look at what's on sale for Tuesday January 11th

If you like casual games, you can get Popcap's Bejeweled 3 for $12.99 at Amazon. This is a thirty percent price cut and it's only available today. This is the retail box version, not a download, so it could make a gift for your pals who like casual games.

ImpulseDriven.com is selling several games in the Majesty 2 series for 75% off. This coincides with today's release of the latest game in that franchise, Majesty 2: Monster Kingdom (Which is not on sale). Impulse also has a few other titles on sale as well.

GamersGate.com is holding its own sale on the Majesty franchise as well. Both sites are selling the game and its expansions at the same prices, although Gamer's Gate is a penny cheaper on some of them. Gamer's Gate also has a few other games marked down at the moment too.

Direct2Drive.com is offering 75% off of several games by 1C company. Notable among them is our DEAL OF THE DAY: the King's Bounty Platinum Pack which has both King's Bounty games, and their expansions for just $8.75. That's more a ton of strategy role playing fun for a mere pittance.
