Wolverine and the X-Men Ends in February

Wolverine and the X-Men has been one of the X-Men flagship books since 2011. Marvel’s solicits came out earlier this week and it was announced that Wolverine and the X-Men will be ending with issue 42. On the cover you can see that Kitty Pryde is back in the series. Does this mean she will be leaving the Uncanny X-Men already? What will make her return? This may also explain why Amazing X-Men had a Wolverine and the X-Men tone to the series. Will we see more of the Jean Grey Insitute with Amazing X-Men once Wolverine and the X-Men ends? Did you guys expect Wolverine and the X-Men to get cancelled?
