Buy.com might have accidently released some information a little too early, according to IGN.
Yesterday, Black Ops was listed under two packages: the Hardened Edition ($79.99), and the Prestige Edition ($149.99). Details of the bundles were not listed.
When asked to comment, an Activision representative replied “we haven’t made any announcements to date.”
Today the listings have been removed.
For now fans will have to hope for the best, keeping in mind the pair of working night vision goggles they scored in the Call of Duty: Modern Warefare 2 Prestige package.
