I never played the original DJ Hero, so since its announcement; I’ve told myself that I’m going to buy this one. Today, Activision announced the Mix List of people in the game and I’m not even more sold on it. The artist’s go as followed:
Now that’s a lot of damn people. Seriously. A few artists stand out to me though, such as Lady Gaga. I’m not embarrassed to admit I have quite a fondness for Ms. Gaga’s music and can’t wait to “mix it up” (as the kids say) in DJ Hero.
On top of announcing the artists, Activision also announced information on their bundle’s for DJ Hero. “DJ Hero 2 will invite a wave of new digital disc jockeys to the turntables as the game will be available as a Party Bundle which will include a copy of the game, two turntable controllers and a microphone, offering the ultimate “party-in-a-box.”” They insinuate that the bundle will be the only way to buy the game (apart from standalone disk), I know I’m not the only one hoping that’s not the truth.
You and I will be able to purchase DJ Hero 2 sometime this autumn.
